Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team by completing the Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition.

  4. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
